GREGORY G. MALKOWSKY, CPA
Gregory G. Malkowsky, CPA, MBA, is a partner with Malkowsky, Hergert & Company, LLP, and has over 30 years of accounting and tax experience. Greg has worked extensively with closely-held family businesses, individual tax planning and preparation, and wholesale, nonprofit, and service corporations.
Greg graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with an undergraduate major in finance and a masters degree in accounting. Greg serves clients in the Fox River Valley, Wisconsin, and Illinois. He has served as an adjunct instructor of accounting and taxation for Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
An avid aviation enthusiast who holds a private pilot's license, Greg is a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and Aircraft Owner's and Pilot's Association (AOPA) and owns an airplane. He enjoys bicycling and traveling with his family. He has visited 49 states. He also enjoys running and has recently participated in several 5K events with a personal best of first place in his age category.
Greg is currently an active committee member of Boy Scout Troop 615. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

PHILIP E. HERGERT, CPA
Philip E. Hergert, CPA, is a partner with the firm and has over 30 years of professional accounting and tax experience. Phil has worked extensively with closely-held family businesses and specializes in tax planning and accounting for small business clients in manufacturing, retail, service, and construction industries. He also provides tax preparation and tax planning services to a diverse clientele of individuals. He is also involved in tax compliance and planning for estates and trusts.
Prior to joining the firm, Phil was employed in both public accounting and private industry. Phil previously worked as an audit manager for a large local public accounting firm. He also worked in private industry with a family business for approximately three years.
Phil is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He currently serves on the Peer Review Committee of the WICPA which assists in the Peer Review process for all Wisconsin CPA firms.
Phil is an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, having served on the vestry, as past Senior Warden, and past Treasurer. Phil is also a member of the West Side Association - a division of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. His hobbies include golf and helping his wife Mary with chores on their small horse farm.

KENNETH W. WOLF, CPA
Kenneth W. Wolf, CPA, has over 30 years of accounting, tax, audit and business experience. Ken, in addition to working in public accounting with CPA firms in Western Wisconsin, has also owned and operated a dairy farm. He has a wide range of experience not only in agriculture but also in all areas and types of businesses. He is experienced in auditing of Housing Authorities, Governmental entities, Non-Profits, all types of Private Companies, and Company Retirement Plans. He has a strong background in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation along with tax planning.
Ken graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with undergraduate majors in accounting, animal science, and farm management. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has previously served on a number of boards including President of a School Board, Town Board Treasurer, Church Council, Agriculture Co-op Board, and is currently the Treasurer of a Scholarship Foundation Board.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Barb who is a Public Health Nurse, their three children of which two of them along with their spouses also live in the Fox Valley and their two grandchildren. He enjoys working in the yard, traveling and being out in nature.

DALE J. FISCHER, EA
Dale J. Fischer, EA has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience with individual and business clients in all types of entity structure including return preparation and tax planning. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh in 1978 with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He continued his education and elected to take the Enrolled Agents exam, which he successfully completed. He is federally licensed to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
Dale worked for a public accounting firm in Merced, California for several years after graduation before moving back to Oshkosh in 1986. He was employed in the cost accounting department at Thilmany Paper Company in Kaukauna, Wisconsin for three years. He then founded his own successful tax and accounting practice in Oshkosh, which he solely owned for sixteen years. In the fall of 2005, Dale and his staff joined the accounting firm of Malkowsky, Hergert & Company, LLP.
He loves the woods, nature, hunting and bicycling. Most of all he enjoys being with his family and is extremely proud of his sons Jake and Matt and his grandchildren.
Dale is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), Wisconsin Society of Enrolled Agents (WSEA) and the National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP).
